Mind-the Conductor though itself a manifestation of play of Energy , here onwards picks up the thread to canalise and conduct Energy further before translation into action. Even the energy-mix the body would draw is also maintained by none other than Mind. Concurrently with the Prime Energy, it carries forward Individual Consciousness to cognitive level to earn Individual Identity in terms of form and action. Thus comes into being this World with all its diversities, each existence marked with its own stamping in terms of form and attributes. Going by the Vedic concept now duly supported by scientific findings, The Mind is an “Extra Cerebral” phenomenon being reflection of the Individual Consciousness. It works as a Programme operative through the brain acting as a Processor, the two set into a reversible framework. In fact Mind drives the brain for all actions on functional scale. In turn, brain does also influence the mind, through biological impulses it extends in response to acts and experiences of the Individual self. But that mind is subject to external influences is how it acquires a pliable status. For this very reason in effect it proves to be a double-edged weapon as it could be driven either way as would our freewill operate. If applied the right way, it could enrich us qualitatively and quantitatively. On the contrary, if given a negative turn, it may lead to disastrous consequences. The two divergent attributes of human mind would be well exemplified through comparison of lives of Swami Vivekanand and any religious fanatic. Though working on the same premise of religion, one worked towards bringing people together despite all divides of human making, the other proves a terrorist mastermind leading to innocent killings.

| This very vulnerable aspect of the pliable mind is what caught the attention of our learned masters in the larger interest of Human Existence. Further realising that even one evil mind can invite doom for a large mass, they felt it all the more necessary to consecrate every mind frame from the base level itself. In that spirit they delved deep into the dynamics of existence to figure out the cause behind human limitations. They could very well comprehend that the fountainhead of all creativity has been imperfection caused at the Energy level following agitation of the Un-manifest Neutral (The Primordial Source). Ostensibly, this imperfection finds imprint at all levels of our existence. The scale of imperfection effected to an individual and its related imprint at functional level could very well be worked out also through a study of imbalances at Energy level as reflected in any body's Astrological Map. It is this very imbalance at energy level that leads to emergence conditioned Individual Consciousness with related implications in terms of individual attributes. It is this very limitation again that necessitates relating to others as well so as to make up for each others weaknesses and lay ground for our collective existence. But then this very limitation has also been the cause for all aberrations and conflicts transgressing all ages. The question is how the issue is resolved.
Our Seers through their deep insight could find out the way. Acknowledging the fact that Mind and thereby Individual Consciousness are subject to external influences, they cashed upon this factor itself to bring around the desired turn. Accordingly, they adopted the reverse route of training up the mind to undo the limitations of the conditioned consciousness. In that spirit they trained their gun towards building up a man through Education, as would the following Sanskrit verse mean :

We are all born unaware and ignorant about our limitations coming as it may with our conditioned consciousness. The word ‘ shudra ' here has been applied in qualitative term. When mind gets consecrated through training, one could effect qualitative turn to one's approach and so it would be tantamount to being born the second time. Learning further brings in knowledge but it is only when one becomes fully conversant with the dynamics of life as a whole that wisdom could dawn upon a person. The obvious implication of this verse is that our learned masters wished to enrich every individual self so as to bring about a qualitative turn to their lives to unshackle the limitations usually derailing our Karma. The fruits to follow thereafter would be immense.
Our seers could very well comprehend that limitations exercised by our conditioned consciousness is the factor that brings in all mental aberrations to deride our thought process. The thought process thus corrupted actually proves a dampener, standing in way of our potential and faculties of mind, available in plenty despite all limitations, coming into full play. Here it will be interesting to note that usually most of us dissipate a significant quantum of our vital energy towards unproductive ends. We are thus left with a very small sum available for productive applications. Even the capacity utilisation level of our faculties of mind remains at its minimal close to 5-7%, usually available by default. More than that is subject to our conscious efforts. So, if we are not able to exploit the resources already available, obviously the probability of success would be low with none else to blame than the self.
A great sum of energy, we usually spend just attending ‘Fear'-the fear of future; the fear of failures; the fear of recurrence of unpleasantness of the past; and the like. The unwanted brooding, contemplation, worries and stress to follow would consume most of our energies out of our limited stock. Greed, Envy, Hatred, Dreaming, and Desire and such other human weaknesses do also consume considerable amount of our energy. So, at the end of the day we are left with a very small sum of Energy for creative purposes. Obviously our productive efforts shall remain at its minimal, however our Expectations still remain high. Therefore, if fruits reaped in, does not match our expectations, dissatisfaction will follow to invite frustration and stress thereby further eroding our energy reserve.
As a human being we have our functional limitations as well. Our sensory organs have restricted perceptive accessibility. Ostensibly our vision would be fractioned. However, human tendency is to go by their perception without being keen about sharing others experiences. So, we are susceptible to misjudgement to pick up wrong leads. This very limitation of our own comprehension is what our ‘Ego' stands for, that binds us to our individualistic priorities and tendencies.
Life however stretches beyond the individual self to a much larger dispensation, we form part of. Obviously the individual inadequacies shall find reflection over our collective existence as well. But then our individualistic inadequacies bring us together also. The beauty of this complex Divine design is that if on one hand it has been responsible for all our limitations, it has made provisions to cover them up as well. It is in this spirit that we have been made a part of a well orchestrated Living world comprising of almost innumerable species and creatures. All of them exist because of an assigned role in the complex but essential sustenance and growth of the Universal life. The interdependence of their existence needs to be underlined here, for it is their efforts in totality that complete the cycle of life in as much as that even termites that otherwise prove a nuisance for our books and wooden material does also has its utility value . They dig holes in the earth to facilitate entry of oxygen deep inside the soil structure up to 3 metres depth. In the process it eats earth mass. The earth mass undergoes grinding process for assimilation into its system. To facilitate the grinding, its body secretes a liquid media that is rich in enzyme. Having consumed a small part for its own sustenance, the rest comes out as an excreta and that being rich in enzyme, further add to the fertility of the soil. But it has to meet its end before the crop comes up. This exemplifies the necessity to live in unison with the Divine arrangement in totality. This truth of life deserves being acknowledged in all humility.
We cannot be productive in isolation either, a fact that applies at all levels of the productive cycle. That applies not only in case of living organism but also to the planetary orchestra in the galaxy that has to work in unison for creation and sustenance of the manifest world. It may be interesting to note here that it is only when solar emissions excite other planetary bodies that they in turn release their respective inherent energies, obviously carrying their own stamping. All these energies then add up to the solar emissions to create this manifest world. The Sun by itself does not qualify to create life. But despite their dependence on the Sun, these planetary bodies move in their respective orbits independent of others without interfering with any other. Yet they maintain relativity amongst themselves with the Sun at the Centre, as if they would be moving like a family. So, together they live and in togetherness they become productive.
However, in actual practice, we are so obsessed with our self-centric attitude that we wish to far outstretch what would be even beyond the reach of Godlike forces such as the Sun. Intolerance, impatience and distrust have rocked the bottom of our social chemistry. So, conflict is on the rise and divide has been widening. The worst has been use of religion to incite one against the other unlike its message of peace and love, just to prove their point. In fact we have clouded our vision so much that we fail to find access to the root of our existence that rests much beyond the binds of all divides of human making. This is despite being aware of the fact that it is to our individual health that the collective existence needs to be strengthened. Yet, we have failed to show any concern towards that end in functional terms. Strangely enough this progressive degeneration process has been a co-runner with rapid growth registered during the past decades. Perhaps the realisation that we have proved being qualified enough to be relatively in better control of things to our asking has bred the ‘Ego', proving a dampener to our collective worth and wisdom.
The purpose of this discussion is not to strike a pessimist note about the whole scenario. In fact, it has been happening as a part of ongoing churning process amongst human mass. It may not be out of place to mention here that that whenever churning takes place, Scum comes up the first but it has to be thrown away to make way for the clean surface to emerge. The clutters within us are thus surfacing up in the process of being driven away to lead us towards a better tomorrow. In this context a look at the progressed state of Nature's energy as of today read in the macro frame would reveal that since renaissance, we have continuously marched ahead to now enter the Age of Consciousness as could be read through the growing level of intelligence and awareness. It will be interesting to add here that the Sun together with its family of planets including the Earth, moves around much larger pool of energy through an elliptical axis. In the process, at some point of time it reaches the farthest end from the epicentre and the closest at the other. When it is at its closest end, the energy input being higher, the transference to the planet Earth remains better that finds reflection on the level of awareness and consciousness. On the contrary, when it reaches the farthest end, people are not able to see beyond gross materialism. In that frame, as of now, the Sun has already begun to move closer towards the epicentre almost close to the beginning of renaissance with obvious implications in evidence as of now. So, given the right efforts, things have to move further now. Now coming back to the human factor, it goes without saying that that to combat the flight away from the basic truth of life, the need for proper education once again comes into focus. Not that the growth registered so far has happened without paying attention to education. But owing to its material orientation, the human factor has taken a back seat and that has been playing the ‘Devil'. This very factor caught the attention of our seers and peers quite in time and so did they prioritise the need to consecrate human mind. They could invent very simple and ingenious methods to make us aware about the need to organise our vulnerable mind.
