Thus came into being Yoga – a comprehensive discipline directed towards bringing the integrated Self into better communion with the higher pool of energy, in order to optimise the available resources. In this respect they further realised the importance of communication within and beyond to facilitate mental and physical agility. Therefore, the focus of this discipline has been to synergize the communication within and beyond.
